By purchasing a ticket to the Frozen Magical Matinee Mommy & Me Tea Party (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding photography and video recordings:

Consent to Photography & Video

You grant permission to Enchanted Memories and its representatives to capture photographs and video recordings of you and your child(ren) during the Event.

Usage Rights

These images and videos may be used in promotional materials, social media, website content, advertisements, and other marketing purposes.

No Compensation

You understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images or videos.

Release of Claims

You waive any rights to inspect or approve the final photos or videos and release Enchanted Memories from any claims related to their use.

Opt-Out Option

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a staff member upon arrival at the Event.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Photo Release Agreement.
