We offer additional characters to make a magical impression. For a deluxe experience, ask us about our Magical Matinee. Gift bags are available upon request for an additional $10 fee per party guest. 

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to make your reservation. Our Royal Assistant will collect the balance at the end of your event. We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, and all major credit cards.

If you need to cancel an event, please send us an email to let us know. We will be happy to reschedule your event. We will apply your deposit to a new available date. Please note deposits are non-refundable and may only be transferred.

We appreciate you spreading the word about us! We offer 10% off for referrals – both parties receive the discount and it is applied to your final balance due. Book a second event with us and receive $50 off the second event.

Your princess and Royal Assistant will arrive 15-30 minutes before their appearance time. They will call you upon their arrival. 5 minutes before their appearance, they will leave their royal carriage and come knock at the door. That's when the magic begins!

We need a large space, like a living room, where we can play games, dance and even perform for the parents. We can make any space work as our staff is adaptable.

Nothing! We will bring everything needed for the event. If you request to play musical chairs, you will need to provide the chairs. Otherwise, we run the show!

Absolutely! Gratuity is always appreciated, but never expected. 

We try to accommodate performer requests, but we cannot guarantee specific performers as illness, family emergencies and other situations may affect their availability.
